These terms govern your use of these pages and any enquiry you submit to MSR Surveying. The full terms of engagement will be published before launch. A survey is only instructed once a written quote is accepted and our terms of engagement are agreed.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will prepare a personalised, no-obligation quote and any survey is carried out under our separate terms of engagement, which set out scope and responsibilities.

Regulation

MSR Surveying is regulated by RICS for the provision of surveying services and works to the RICS Home Survey Standard and, for valuations, the RICS Red Book.
